今 年的戈壁长征（http://www.4deserts.com/gobimarch/) 有个31岁的美国青年Nicholas Kruse在第3天的比赛中不幸中署去世，对此表哀悼。朋友北窗也参与此赛而与nicholas 有数回擦肩而过短暂交泽。看了北窗2010戈壁长征回忆- “生命颂”与“反思” http://www.douban.com/note/81263823/ 更激发我要参加2012戈壁长征的决心，就让戈壁长征成为我人生百马的中途站。

去年跑了11只马，真tmd可用越跑越慢，越跑越痛，越跑越辛苦，越跑越胖来形容
说是挑战自己的积极限...其实心里很明白是虚荣心，不认输，不认老的病态.
今年学了比较科学的evolution running 与chi running, 体重轻了，腰围减了，跑的相对
惬意，于是重燃我的5050梦

生命是短暂的，在体力，经济许可下我们应该在有生之年让它更灿烂，更沸腾吧！

2008 ：50岁生日那天跑了50公里也开始了我的5050梦- 50岁开始跑50个马拉松。那时的单纯想法是1年2马跑到75岁。
　　
2009 ：在“损”友莫汉的"怂恿"下开始拼业绩-高唱1月1马，还不知天高地厚把5050梦升级到要人生百马。10。18北马（第8只马）很侥幸挤进5小时关门，1星期后的新加坡northface 50km 越野在痛苦与沮丧的纠结中勉强完成（8小时37分）。12.5的新马5:38更是我悲痛的waterloo.

　　
2010 - “卧痰尝薪”，“发粪涂墙” 在新的一年要改造一个新新的我。技术方案有莫汉的evolution running 与chi running, 塑身方案- 饮食避油炸改清淡。 体质方案 - x-training 游泳加健身房。
2010年- 新新的botak，新新的5050梦，新新的人生百马。
