On my hatch-day 52 laps merry-go-round, last 2 laps I decided to run with only my socks,
Verdict? I luv it!

Yesterday went to the same stadium again, 1st 10 laps with shoe, 2nd 10 laps bare-footed and last 5 laps with socks. Total ran 10 km at 6min pace.
Verdict: other then a few bloody blistered toes... I LUV IT!

I am convinced and will evolve to Vibram Fivefingers,

but then hor what about my chio chio $$$ Ecco Biom A ;))

9.6, my hatch day, 52 laps merry go round.

Ernest was bare-foot, I was juz wearing socks.

In bare foot running, you naturally land on your fore-foot

and every strike is soft and rapid

Compare these to last year 8.24@ bishan.
With the "help" (pun intended) of my shoe cushion, I landed on my heels with every
strikes... bang bang!!

With bare-foot running you will never (dare) do this.

“….But ultimately, the debate isn't about Bare Soles vs. Shoes. It's about learning to run gently. Master that, and you can wear — or not wear — anything you please. “
Christopher McDougall, author of “Born to Run”

Road is long, so WHAT!
