What can you get for $8?

Singapore’s toughest and longest running event will take place on the 24th Oct 2009 with a 100km solo, 100km duo and 50km duo. This ultra trail marathon will take runners through some of the toughest terrains through the trails of the central catchment area, Bukit Timah Nature reserve and Mandai. At 2008, inaugural race 40% of the runners did not complete the race in the cut-off time of 8 hour.

8 of us had form 4 teams for 2009 NF100 100km duo.

We will train very hard and hopefully can complete within the cut-off time.

To prepare runners for the race, Northface conducts 3 progressive run. For registered runners, it cost $8 per progressive run. (after we had paid $180 for the race)

Now the $8 question was what do you get at the progressive run?
